peanut butter chocolate chip cookies = tastes like reese’s peanut butter cups! these were yum so keeping the recipe here for my own reference and for sharing:
1+1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1+1/2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate chips
Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and peanut butter in large bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in choc chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto cookie sheets, flatten into 2-inch circles.
Bake at 375 for ~10 min until edges are set but centers still soft. Let stand for 4 min, then cool on wire racks.
